Common Name: American cranberry

Upright, spreading, deciduous shrub with three-lobed, maple-like, veined, green leaves. Bright red to purplish-red fall color. Clusters of white flowers bloom in spring and are followed by red, berry-like drupes that mature in late summer to fall. Great for hedges, shrub borders, foundation plantings and as a specimen.
