Low growing, evergreen, trailing shrub with small, glossy green leaves. Small, nodding, white to pink flowers bloom from late spring to early summer. Flowers are followed by plump, red to dark purple, ovoid or round fruits. Great as a groundcover in a bog garden or as a trailing plant in a bog container. The fruit is great for a variety of culinary uses.
