Common Name: Seven-son Flower
Large, multi-stemmed, deciduous shrub with a fountain-like habit and shiny, ovate-oblong green leaves. Panicles of fragrant, creamy-white flowers bloom late summer to early fall. Flowers are followed by small, purplish-red fruits which last into late fall. Tan exfoliating outer bark reveals attractive brown inner bark. Great as a specimen, in shrub borders and woodland gardens.
