Great plant for shady perennial borders, woodland gardens and moist streambanks. Each flowerhead containse dense, compact umbels of greenish-white to pink, star-shaped flowers blooming in late spring through summer. Deeply divided green leaves are palmately cut into 3 to 7 lobes. Upright habit. Great for dried flower arrangements.

Prefers organically rich, consistenty moist, well-drained soil. Grows best in partial shade but will tolerate full sun in temperate climates with consistent moisture.
