Member of the mint family.  Agastache has aromatic foliage and flowers; resembling that of licorice.  An upright, clumping habit. Excellent source of nectar and highly attractive to bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.  Seeds provide winter food source for birds.    



Homeowner Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Plant in full sun, in well drained soil. It's a good idea to mix gravel in with the soil to ensure good drainage, especially in winter. Naturally heat and drought tolerant. Wonderful border plant for perennial gardens.
